THE CHALLENGE

Simplifying Professional Design Tools

Fashion designers spend 3-6 months just learning tools like Clo3D before they can actually design. The software is powerful but overwhelming, no AI assistance, clunky avatar creation in separate tools, and painful switching between 2D patterns and 3D previews.

Moirai wanted to change that: build a professional-grade 3D design tool that designers could pick up in days, not months.

Through 15 interviews with fashion designers and a competitive analysis competitive analysis across Clo3D, Browzwear, Style 3D, and Optitex. I identified critical opportunities to differentiate Moirai while solving real pain points.
